MA Peruvian Japanese Cuisine introduces a worldwide famous culinary concept for the first time in Cyprus at the Radisson Blu Hoteland, as part of QBlu Plaza, and by its name and authentic dishes, it represents a fusion cuisine that brings the Japanese minimalism and the Peru’s vibrant flavours together. Architect, Giorgos Kostopoulos of GKArchitect, undertook the interior design of the elegant restaurant, visualizing the dining experience as an extension of the restaurant’s philosophy. Natural elements, different levels of illumination and the selection of handmade furniture from enka MOISIADIS collection.
